Health Canada has a requirement for one (1) TBIPS P.1, Change Management Consultant, Level 3 in support of the Planning for Enterprise Performance (PEP) Project at Health Canada to support the existing Health Canada change agents to manage the ‘people side’ of the transformation by fostering support for PEP engagement and adoption, and overcome resistance among empowered individuals. This includes communications, training, support for business process redesign, and other measures required to achieve the outcomes throughout and at the conclusion of PEP.
