The Government of Canada and the Meteorological Service of
Canada (MSC) of Environment Canada (EC) requires a survey grade
unmanned Aerial System with applicable software, cameras, ground
control hardware, flight and system training and spare parts, as
detailed in the Mandatory and Point rated specifications. The
vehicle will be used for fine resolution mapping of saturated
areas and variable streamflow contributing areas in support of
streamflow and nutrient flux measurements. The vehicle will be
deployed in remote areas of Canada over rough terrain and
without road access. Delivery is to the Science and Technology
Water Quality Monitoring, Saskatoon, SK on or before March 31,
2014.
