Diesel fuel delivered DDP Port of Quebec City:
Bulk Colored Diesel Fuel (B0) in accordance with CAN/CGSB 3.517-2025 (Latest Issue), Type A (P-50), Maximum Operability Cloud Point -43°C; Except minimum Flash Point of 43°C. Additive is permitted should it be required to obtain the fuel specification.
The total quantity of fuel is to be delivered by tank wagon to the port of Quebec City, Quebec, and loaded onto a Canadian Coast Guard vessel CCGS Des Groseilliers for furtherance to Eureka, NU. Delivery is tentatively scheduled between June 7and 17, 2026.
This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
Quantity: 650,000 litres (Item 1), 90,000 litres (Item 2)
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement:
Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Eureka, Nunavut
