Tender description
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Pacific Region, on behalf of various government departments has a requirement for a Regional Master Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of listed food categories below to kitchens, and ships on an “as and when requested basis” for the period of the Standing Offer. Delivery Zones: ZONE 1 – Vancouver Island / ZONE 2 – Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland / ZONE 3 – Okanagan and Eastern BC. Canada will hold an online Offeror’s conference on 4 November 2026. Participation in this conference is optional. To attend the Offerors' conference Offerors should provide in writing, to the Standing Offer Authority, the name(s) of their representatives and a list of any questions they may wish to table no later than 2 November 2026.
