Full description
After completing additional investigation work as part of a previous contract, the loading rating of the bridge was further reduced to 12 tonnes. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Bridge Engineering discipline for the province of Newfoundland are: 1. Hilcon Ltd., 2. CIMA+, 3. COWI North America Ltd.. 4. R.V. Anderson Associates Ltd., 5. Stantec Consulting, 6. CBCL Ltd.
