NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Title: Bottled Drinking Water and Water Dispensers for the Embassy of Canada in Beijing, ChinaDescription: The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires one (1) contract for the supply, delivery and maintenance service of purified bottled drinking water at the Embassy of Canada in Beijing, China including refilling bottles, water dispensers.The Work is to be performed from contract award date (tentatively set for September 1, 2021 for a period of three (3) years. However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date. There is also the potential of two (2) additional one (1) irrevocable option periods under the same terms and conditions.There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement, however, Contractor’s personnel will be escorted and placed under supervision of High Commission’s personnel at all times during the performance of the Work.Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
