INVITATION TO TENDER – EB144-261516 – Glace Bay Wharf Reconstruction Public Works and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for work that comprises of the demolition and reconstruction of existing wharf structures D1 to D11. The new construction is a steel H-pile supported marginal wharf which will replace the existing structures (mainly timber cribs). The contractor is authorized to commence work no earlier than August 1st, 2026, and the work must be completed by March 31st, 2027 This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
