INVITATION TO TENDER - EB144-261820 - Breakwater Reconstruction - Larry's River NS Public Works and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for work that comprises of general construction of Rubble mound breakwater at Larry’s River Small Craft Harbour. The Contractor is responsible for the delineation of the construction zone from the rest of the facility. The Contractor must perform and complete the work in a 25 week timeline. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
