Tender description
Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, is seeking offers from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing air handling unit and associated mechanical and electrical systems serving the Core Storage Facility at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This Invitation to Tender represents the second phase of a two-phase procurement process and is open only to contractors that successfully qualified through the Invitation to Qualify stage.
The work generally includes the removal and replacement of the existing air handling unit, heating pumps, heat exchanger, associated piping systems, air distribution components, controls, and related electrical infrastructure. The project also includes all required testing, balancing, commissioning, and associated construction services necessary to place the new systems into operation.
