The minimum performance criteria is:
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have adequate lighting for HD video conference cameras,
media and stage for the Banting auditorium.
The minimum lighting for stage left, right, center and podium
without washing out the projector images are as follows:
Quantities required:
2 X Podium shot exclusive
2 X Podium shot stage right
2 X Panel shot stage center
2 X Podium shot stage left
For a total of 8 lights
Must list products by unit and total price;
Must provide technical documentation for all offered product;
Must provide detailed schematics of proposed product
installation;
Must have the ability to hold a video conference without the
house lights on;
Must be programmable to "Fifth Light" control panel which speaks
DALI not DMX;
Must be theatre style LED lighting for energy efficiency;
Must be able to see presenters at podium and at the panel
discussion tables without washing out the projector images;
Must be able to be controlled from the Fifth light panel who
which is already installed; System must be integrated into the
Fifth light technology panel that is currently in the Banting
Building;
Lights are to me mounted on schedule 40 piping from the ceiling
by Health Canada but placement is to be recommended by the
winning contracto.
WARRANTY
Bidder must be able to offer warranty servicing within the
National Capital Region.

Installation will be completed at Sir Frederick Banting
Building, Tunney's Pasture, Ottawa, Ontario K1A OK9

Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit to be able to bid on
this requirement.
