Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

RCEME School Instructor Services

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Instructors for The Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers School (RCEME School) at Canadian Forces Base Borden. The contractor must provide the services of five (5) Vehicle Technician instructors (2 Anglophone and 3 Bilingual), one (1) Material Technician, and one (1) Electronic-Optronic Technician, to provide theoretical and practical instruction to Technician Apprentice (DP1) and Journeyman (DP2) students in each related trade.
This requirement also includes the provision of an additional 7 resources on an as and when requested basis through the issuance of a Task Authorization. The resources are Vehicle, Weapon, Material, and Electronic-Optronic Technician Instructors to provide theoretical and practical instruction to Technician Apprentice (DP1) and Journeyman (DP2) students in each related trade.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
