PRISONER PARTITIONS
This Amendment 002 is raised to make a revision to the RFSO and
to provide a suppliers question and the technical authority
answer.
Amendment 001 is raised to make a revision to the RFSO.
This requirement is to establish a National Individual Standing
Offer (NISO) for the supply of Vehicle Partitions for the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), on an as-and-when requested
basis, from the effective date of the Standing Offer for one (1)
year. The prisoner partitions are to be used in 2013 Ford
Interceptor Sedan and Utility vehicles.
Important Notice:
It is the Offeror's responsibility to submit, by closing date
and time, a complete offer including the following:
1. Code of Conduct Certifications - Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification
1.1 Offerors must submit with their offer; by the solicitation
closing date:
(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the
Offeror;
(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification
(PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each individual named in the list.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
