No division of Forward Education, nor any other company, makes a similar or competing product. This product must be purchased directly by organizations from Forward Education at the address listed above and below in the United States. The following are the sole source reasons:
● The vendor is the manufacturer of the Climate Action Kit, any distributors within the geographic region do so under a purchase agreement directly with Forward Education.

● Forward Education is the sole proprietor of the Climate Action Kit and it is a copyright
protected product.

There is no other similar item or product available for purchase that would serve the same purpose or function.
