Work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, equipment and supervision required for the renovation
and fit up of the Employment and Social Development Canada
(ESDC) Call Centre in the Alvin Hamilton Building, Regina,
Saskatchewan, as described in the plans and specifications.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 10:00.
Interested bidders are to meet at the Commissionaires Desk -
Main Floor, Alvin Hamilton Bldg, 1783 Hamilton St., Regina,
Sask. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the
specified date and time will not be given an alternative
appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.
This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
