Tender description
PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services of an engineering consulting firm to assist it in fulfilling its responsibilities to protect Canada's interests in phases 2 (construction and commissioning) and 3 (dismantling and site remediation) of the Lac-Mégantic bypass construction project. The project is located in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, Canada, and all details related to the requirement are found in the bid solicitation.
