All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on July 18, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Request for Standing offer (RFSO) to obtain the services of an architectural firm with expertise in the accessibility of the built environment for persons with disabilities. Selected firms must be able to provide various services relating to accessibility reports on various workplaces in Quebec Region. Important: The tool covers the Quebec Region, this will be divided into two regions that will be evaluated separately: Component A: Western Quebec (comprising Montreal and western Quebec) and Component B: Eastern Quebec (comprising Quebec City and eastern Quebec). Offers will be entertained for one component or for both. It is mandatory for Offerors to clearly indicate in the standing offer which component their offers relate to. A maximum of four (4) firms will be selected to provide services for Western Quebec and three (3) for Eastern Quebec.
