All required supporting documentation and the bid must be submitted at the latest by 2:00 PM EDT on April 28, 2023. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Canada Border Services Agency, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services from a consultant in order to complete the modernization of the St-Bernard-de Lacolle Port of Entry, Quebec, as detailed in Annex E.
