This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS3851680018 dated 2023-02-09 with a closing of 2023-03-09 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on 31-05-2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to upgrade a research and development centre to fire evacuation standards. To do so, a number of works have to be carried out, including exit signs, removal, installation, relocation and patching doors and their hardware located in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
