To provide Public Works and Government Services, Esquiamlt
Graving Dock located at 825 Admirals Road, Victoria, B.C. with
Parking Management for a three (3) year period starting from
award of Contract up to 31 July 2015.
Supplier shall provide complete Parking Services including but
not restricted to the following:
a. Supplying and Installing (as required) and provide ongoing
maintenance of two (2) coin and credit card operated
(Metered Parking Machines) three (3) dollars a day;
b. Provide Monthly Parking Passes - Monthly Rate of $40.00
(taxes extra) for both parking lots;
b. Provide all Signage necessary to operate a pay parking
facility at both parking lots;
c. Provide complete Collection Services;
d. Provide Patrol Services daily 7 days per week at designated
core hours
e. Issuance of Parking Violation Notices and Collection of same
;
f. Related maintenance and repair services ;
g. Monthly Reports of revenues required to the Manager of
Esquimalt Graving Dock

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
