One (1) guide will be developed for each province. These documents will be used by Canada and the provinces for the coordination of projects reviews being proposed in or near water.The consultant must develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations in English to DFO and Provincial staff on this guide. These presentations must be delivered through WebEx or similar type format.Please see the attached Request for Proposal for more information.DURATION OF CONTRACTThe period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2016 inclusiveENQUIRIES – BID SOLICITATIONAll enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than SEVEN (7) calendar days before the bid closing date.
