Élaboration d'un modèle de maturité d'innovation

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of Canadian Heritage and Partner Organizations for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services.
 The objective of this requirement is to develop a maturity model that can be used as a diagnostic tool to allow organizations to assess their capacity for innovation as well as the extent to which they are supportive of innovation through internal audit. The intent of this model is to provide a framework for measuring progress along a continuum of evolution, sophistication, and maturity.
 It is intended to resulting in the award of one (1) contract for a maximum of one (1) year.
