ELECTRIC UTILITY SCADA DIGITAL MIMIC SOFTWARE

Invitation:
Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites Proposals for the supply of new digital technology and implementation and support services for the institution of a SCADA integrated Digital Mimic software solution. The City’s Energy and Environment Department is requiring an update to its existing paper-based Electrical Mimic board, with the goal of acquiring the ability to manipulate and track the status of the electrical distribution system, safely take out Guarantees of Non-Reclose (GNR) and Guarantees of Isolation (GOI), and carry out switching procedures.
Anticipated Go-Live of the new system is by December 31st, 2027. Timing of the system implementation will be subject to the date of contract execution.
Bid Submission:
The Proposal together with all other attachments as identified in the RFP “Submission of Proposals”, to be uploaded to the City’s procurement portal at https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal
The City of Penticton reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any submission/proposal, and to accept the submission/Proposal in total or in part, or to accept the submission/Proposal which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Penticton.

Closing Date and Time: October-30-26@ 2:00 pm.
The RFP timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the City at any time.
Bids received after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
