Environment Canada has a requirement for the supply and deliver
of one (1) Aerosol Electrometer. Delivery is required by
December 31, 2013.

The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed
in the Request for Proposal document.

Some of the Mandatory Criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Proposal for the complete list.

M1. The bidder must provide documentation demonstrating that
their Aerosol Electrometer meets the following minimum
specifications:

1. High Sensitivity of +/- 1 FemtoAmp or better with 1 second
averaging.
2. Wide dynamic range of +/- 12pA or better without range
switching
3. Averaging time to be selectable from 1 second to 1 minute
4. Selectable flow from 0.5 to 10 l/min with automatic control
5. Temperature stabilization to minimize drift
6. Display must indicate current, concentration and flow rate
7. Compatible with aerosol classifier for determining and
displaying particle concentration without manual calculation
8. Software for data acquisition, display of real time data and
conversion of total net particle charge to number
concentration
9. RS232 and USB communication
10. Operates over the particle size range of 2 to 5000nm

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
