Requirement
Natural Resources Canada in Sudbury requires the delivery of one
(1) forklift with a minimum 6000lb lift capacity and a propane
motor. The exact mandatory requirements are detailed in Annex
"A" of the solicitation document.
Delivery Date
All deliverables must be received on or before March 28, 2013.
Communications From Bidders
Bidders are requested to provide any questions, concerns and
required information, concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP),
by facsimile, mail or e-mail, if they so desire by no later than
2:00 p.m. December 21, 2012. Please send any questions in
writing to the undersigned.
Debriefings
After issuance of a contract, bidders may request a debriefing
on the results of the request for proposal. Bidders should make
the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days
of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
