SAWDUST AND COMPOSTING DISPOSAL
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
provision of all labour and supervision required to perform the
collection and disposal of compost and saw dust throughout
Department of National Defence Sites located within Halifax
Regional Municipality in Nova Scotia.
BIDDER'S THAT DO NOT SUBMIT A COMPLETE LIST OF INDIVIDUALS WHO
ARE CURRENTLY DIRECTORS AND A PROPERLY COMPLETED AND SIGNED
CONSENT TO A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION FORM (PWGSC-TPSGC
229), WITH THEIR BID AS DESCRIBED IN PART 5-CERTIFICATION BY BID
CLOSING DATE WILL BE DEEMED NON- RESPONSIVE AND GIVEN NO FURTHER
CONSIDERATION.
Period of this Services contract will be One (1) initial years
plus two option years, if required.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no

This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on
Government Procurment (WTO-AGP) Canada-Chile; Canada -Peru;
Canada-Columbia trade agreements, and the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT).
