The Royal Military College of Canada has a requirement for one (1) Ellipsometer to be delivered and installed on or before March 29, 2019.
The Ellipsometer must have the following minimum specifications:
1) Focus free, hands-off operation for similar wafers
2) Fixed measurement head
3) Measures s and p state of polarization
4) Measure the states (s and p) at a wavelength of 6328 Å at a 70º incidence angle.
5) Laser source power must not drift over a period of 10 minutes minimum
6) Sample table must include a manual height adjustment
7) Sample table must accommodate samples of 300mm size minimum
8) Must be CE compliant
