AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. The closing date and time for accepting statements of capabilities is March 29, 2023 at 2:00 pm EDT. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the services of a senior level project leader with expertise in the Sustainment Business Case Analysis (SBCA) process to continue the transfer of knowledge and training. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for two (2) years, plus one (1) one-year (1) irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
