Evaporative Emissions Enclosure
Emissions Research and Measurement Section of ECCC has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of a Sealed Housing for Evaporative Emissions Determination (SHED) for Utility Engines and Equipment.
This requirement will be procured in accordance with and as described in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.
Bids will be accessed against mandatory requirements. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
All deliverables are requested to be completed on or before March 29, 2019.
