The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE",) is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to manage endowment and non-endowment funds, philanthropic, and other donations (the “Goods and Services”) on behalf of RBE. The intent is to establish a partnership that manages donations, enhances donor engagement, and ensures professional fund management of donations received by or in support of RBE. Further details about the Goods and Services required by RBE are set out in Schedule "A" – Requirements of the RFP.
