1.Purpose of the Request for Information
HC is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to enhance its knowledge about the ability of a third party to:

Conduct a Canada-wide assessment of gaps in access to naloxone and opioid overdose response training.
Develop and deliver a strategy to provide opioid overdose response training to staff and volunteers at public facilities* in Canada.

· Develop and deliver a strategy to distribute naloxone kits at public facilities throughout Canada (e.g. shelters, libraries and community centers, and post-secondary institutions).
*Note that public facilities include, but are not limited to, shelters, libraries, community centers, recreational facilities, post-secondary institutions.
