The province is undertaking a Mature Asset Reservoir and Closure Capability Study to assess the economic capacity of mature oil and gas assets to contribute to closure obligations under current fiscal and regulatory conditions. The Project will provide a province wide, evidence-based assessment using scenario based economic analysis to inform future policy development.
