Nature of Requirements:
Provide a service that includes the collection, transport and
landfilling of solid waste and kitchen waste and the recovery
and recycling of recyclable materials at the site designated in
the specifications for DRDC Valcartier.

Solid waste and recyclable materials to be managed:
Household waste;
kitchel waste;
dry materials;
paper and cardboard;
multi-materials (glass, plastics, aluminium).

Provision of the containers is included in this contract.

Bidders must provide adequate equipment in order to be able to
collect household waste in front-loading containers.

There is a security requirement asociated with the requirement.

An optional visit will be on June 20, 2013 at 02h00 PM at:
Defense Research & Development Canada - Valcartier to 2459 de
la Bravoure Road, Bulding #56, Room 104 Quebec, G3J 1X5

The period of the Contract is form August 1st, 2013 to July
31, 2015 inclusively (2 years) with two (2) years in option.
