This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F2402-17REH4/A dated 2017-05-26 with a closing of 2017-06-14 at 14:00 MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
For the supply and delivery of two (2) Marine Acoustic Data Recorders to the Arctic Aquatic Research Division at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans reserves the option to purchase one (1) additional Marine Acoustic Data Recorder to be delivered by March 31, 2018.
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to acquire one (1) additional Marine Acoustic Data Recorder described at Annex ?A? of the contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract. The Contractor will be given thirty (30) days’ notice. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment
