TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

The Contractor is required to provide Transport Canada with
fully assembled Unisex Rain Suits (including Jacket, Hood and
Pants), Yellow, all in accordance with the Transport Canada
Unisex Rain Suit Specification dated 2015-04-10, and sealed
sample.
Technical Requirements: All fully assembled Unisex Rain Suits
must be manufactured in accordance with the Transport Canada
technical specification dated 2015-03-26, and viewing sample.
Sealed Samples: Sealed Samples shall be available for viewing
at the following Department of Public Works and Government
Services Regional Offices: Quebec City (Quebec); Montreal
(Quebec); Mississauga (Ontario); Winnipeg (Manitoba); Edmonton
(Alberta); Vancouver (B.C.) and Gatineau (Quebec).

Option Quantity #1: up to a maximum of 50
Option Quantity #2: up to a maximum of 50
Delivery to Transport Canada in Ottawa, Ontario:
Delivery of the firm quantities is requested for completion as
specified in the solicitation.
Option Quantities #1: may be ordered within 24 months of
contract award
Option Quantities #2: may be ordered within 36 months of
contract award
Enquiries: To ensure a response before the bid closing date,
all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in
writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven
(7) calendar days prior to the closing date.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
