Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform inspections, tests, repairs and to recharge fire suppression equipment for the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base/Area Support Unit (CFB/ASU) Wainwright, Denwood, Alberta and for 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta, as requested, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The Standing Offer is requested for a period of three (3) years from the date of offer issuance.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
