Water and Wastewater Treatment Monitoring Equipment Maintenance
The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Borden, Borden, Ontario has a requirement for a contractor to
provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment and
transportation required to perform semi-annual Preventative
Maintenance Inspections, Repair and Maintenance of Water and
Wastewater Treatment Monitoring Equipment located in various
buildings at CFB Borden, in accordance with the Statement of
Work detailed at Annex A of the Request for Proposal (RFP)
document.
The period of the Contract is from 1 February 2013 to 31 January
2014 inclusive with the option to extend the term of the
Contract by up to two additional one year period(s).
MANDATORY SITE VISIT: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
have been made for the site visit to be held on Wednesday, 14
November 2012, at 10:00 a.m., Contracts Conference Room, Room
234, 16 Ramillies Road (P-154), CFB Borden, Borden, Ontario
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority, Marian
Shaw, by telephone 905-615-2065 and/or by e-mail @
m••••••••@••••••••.••.ca, no later than one (1) day before
the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names
of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not attend or
send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.

regarding this requirement including the evaluation criteria and
basis of selection.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
