This amendment is raised to answer a bidder’s questions.
The Contractor must furnish all necessary tools, services and labour to execute
the work required for the maintenance of the Chiller equipment for Public Works and Government Services Canada located at Cliff Central Heating and Cooling Plant,
1 Fleet Street and National Defence Headquarters, 101 Colonel by Drive, Ottawa, Ontario in accordance with the Statement of Work 8M3-0434-9, attached herein as Annex A. The period of the contract shall be for five (5) years.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
