Work Description:
To provide Long Term Elevating Device maintenance service . The
Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment,
materials, labours, inspection, testing, software updates and/or
upgrades. The elevator to be maintained is: One (1)
ThyseenKrupp hydraulic passenger elevator, Provincial ID no.
30002.
The service must be provided in accordance with Annex "A" -
PWGSC Specification "Elevating Devices Maintenance
Specifications - Revelstoke Federal Building - Specification
Number: EZ899-123190/A.
Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on Thursday,
May 24th, 2012, at 10:00am local time at Revelstoke Federal
Building, located at 307 3rd Street West, Revelstoke, BC.
Please ask for Geoff Jobs or Pete Mittelsteadt. Bidders may be
requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend
or send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a
bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation
resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment
to the bid solicitation.
Delivery Date:
It is anticipated that the subject contract work shall commence
on June 1, 2012.
