This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W010C-14C334/A dated 2014-11-20 with a
closing of 2015-01-15 at 02:00PM. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
ARM VEHICLE BARRIERS MAINTENANCE
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
provision of all labour, equipment, tools and supervision
required to provide vehicle barrier systems maintenance and
repairs at HMC Dockyard- Halifax, CFAD Bedford, Bedford and
Dockyard Annex (NAD)- Dartmouth in Nova Scotia .
Period of this Services contract will be one year plus two
option years, if required.
Mandatory Technical Criteria
To be considered responsive, a bid must meet all of the
following mandatory evaluation criteria. Bids not meeting all
of the mandatory requirements will be given no further
consideration.
Bidder's MUST list a minimum of two technicians that will be
assigned to carry out this work. Each technician must have a
minimum of five (5) years experience in maintenance and repairs
of Hydraulic operated equipment and associated equipment.
Bidder's must provide resumes for each of the proposed
technician's qualifications and experience in the past five (5)
years as it relates to maintenance and repairs of Hydraulic
operated equipment and associated equipment.

Organization- Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
