Nature of Requirements:
For the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation, and supervision necessary to provide Commercial
Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance for equipment located in
various buildings at the Department of Agriculture and
Agri-Food, Lacombe, Alberta, as required in accordance with the
terms and conditions contained in the Request For a Standing
Offer for the period of June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2014,
(estimated).
References Requirement
The offeror must be able to provide at least two (2)
fully-satisfactory references, upon request, demonstrating
experience within three (3) years prior to the bid closing date
in servicing all types of refrigerators and freezers, hot gas
bypass temperature control, refrigerated scientific equipment,
servicing stand-alone freezer units and stand-alone cooler
units. The references must be submitted upon request from the
Contracting Authority within the specified time frame prior to
issuance of a Standing Offer.
