Fuel Tank Maintenance
To provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and
supervision required for:
a) testing/inspection services of underground and aboveground
storage tanks on a monthly basis and new installations,
re-installations, tank procurements, repairs, maintenance,
modifications, and/or removal or disposal of fuel storage tank
systems, waste petroleum based tank systems and components of
both gasoline and diesel dispensing systems on an as and when
required basis (further described in Annex A, Statement of Work,
Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of the RFP) for the Department of
National Defence at Canadian Forces Base Shilo, Manitoba;
AND
b) testing/inspection services of underground and aboveground
storage tanks on an annual basis (further described in Annex B,
Statement of Work and Appendix 3 of the RFP) for the Department
of National Defence at Canadian Forces Base Shilo, Manitoba.

Request for Proposal.
Site Visit - OPTIONAL
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on Thursday,
13 December 2012, at 13:00 CST, at Canadian Forces Base Shilo,
Manitoba. Bidders are requested to communicate with the
Contracting Authority three (3) days before the scheduled visit
to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s)
who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance
form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will
not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be
precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes
to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The period of the Contract will be a one year period from date
of Contract award with Canada retaining the irrevocable option
to extend the period for two (2) additional consecutive one (1)
year periods.
This procurement is subject to Canadian Content Policy.
