TITLE:
Centralized Digital control System Maintenance
SECURITY REQUIREMENT
This request contains a security requirement.
SCOPE OF WORK :
This involves performing maintenance of the centralized Digital Control System at the Sept-Iles airport.
PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT :
The period of the contract is from August 1st 2019 to July 31 2020.
Option to Extend the Contract : The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
EPOST CONNECT SERVICE:
This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT BID CLOSING DATE:
- Bidders must hold a valid organization security clearance;
- Bidders must have provided two confirmation letters demonstrating that they have previously performed similar projects in accordance with the requirements.
