REQUEST
This document is intended to describe the general and specific
requirements relating to the demand for goods and services for
maintenance of a system of surveillance cameras on behalf of the
Ministry of National Defence (DND) to Montreal (Quebec, Canada ).
The camera surveillance system must be operational at all times.
This is an Endura system, cameras like Spectra III and IV and
fixed cameras. Surveillance zones are inside and outside of
storage structures.
Preventive maintenance contract will be for a period of two (2)
years with an option to renew for two (2) years. Rates specified
in the contract remain the same for the duration of one and may
be increased after two (2) years if renewed for another term of
two (2) years;

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
