To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for
the provision of all labour, materials, tools, transportation,
equipment and supervision required for the servicing and
repairing of Garrison Petawawa's fleet of Medium Support Vehicle
System (MSVS), Militarized 2009 International Workstar Trucks on
an "as and when requested" basis, for the Department of National
Defence at 2 ASG Garrison Petawawa.
This requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on July 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m at Bldg. H-112,
front entrance. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting
Authority no later than three day(s) before the scheduled visit
to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who
will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance
form. Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have
attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications
or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
