A Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply all labour,
materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision
necessary to clean and service canopies and fan blades for the
Department of National Defence, 17 Wing including satellites in
Winnipeg, Manitoba during the period from April 1, 2013 to March
31, 2015 inclusive, with an option to extend for three (3)
additional one (1) year periods.
The Contractor must carry out the work outlined in the Statement
of Work, as Specification Job No. L-W115-9900/SVC C343 and on
the terms and conditions which are set out herein forming part
of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
