Generators set inspection and maintenance- 715 Peel, Montreal

DESCRIPTION:
Request for Proposal - The contractor shall provide the labour,
materials, tools and equipment needed to carry out the
generators set inspection and maintenance, as per the Statement
of Work.

The contract period will be for five (5) years.

There will be an OPTIONAL SITE VISIT.

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on June 20th
2012, at 10:00 am at the following address: PWGSC (Federal
Building), 715 Peel, Montreal (Quebec) H3C 2H4. Bidders who do
not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Bidders will have to fill out the form « Personnel screening for
access to CSIS Facilities - Consent and Authorization », see
Annex « F », which is included in the tender documents and
transmit it by fax to Mrs. Jocelyne Verrette at the following
fax number (514) 283-4477, five (5) business days before the
visit. If the completed forms are not received five (5)
business days before the visit, access to the site, to one of
the generators, will be refused to the bidder.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 100,001.00
and $ 250,000.00.

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on
the mandatory technical criteria and a financial analysis.

TENDER DOCUMENTS: Firms intending to submit tenders on this

provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the MERX
service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk
and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
authority of their intention to bid.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official
language of Canada. Standard terms and conditions for this
procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part
of, the tender and contract documents. The standard documents
are issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada and
may be viewed on the MERX electronic bulletin board as part of
the information module.
