Title: Horticultural Maintenance
Location: Various Locations, Downtown, Vancouver, BC
Work Description:
Work to be performed under this Contract involves the
horticultural maintenance of various plants located throughout a
variety of Federal Government Departments located within
Downtown Vancouver, BC.
The services must be provided in accordance with the PWGSC
Specifications "EZ899-122758/A".
Period of Contract:
The period for any resulting Contract shall be for a period of
two (2) years with three (3) options to extend the contract each
for an additional consecutive twelve (12) month period.
The anticipated start date of the resulting Contract is June
1st, 2012.
Option to Extend Contract:
The Contractor hereby grants Canada three (3) irrevocable
options to extend the term of the Contract each for an
ADDITIONAL CONSECUTIVE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD, under the same
terms and conditions as contained in the Contract. It is to be
noted that Canada is not obliged to exercise any of these three
(3). The exercise of any option will be at Canada's sole
direction, by providing notification in writing through a formal
Contract Amendment to the contractor prior to the contract
expiry date.
Mandatory Response Time
It is a mandatory requirement of this contract that the Company
authorized representative is equipped with a pager or mobile
phone and available to respond within 30 minutes of the
Technical Authority's or the Contracting Authorities page by
telephone.

Firms intending to submit tenders for this project should obtain

provider. Addenda when issued will be available from the MERX
services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid
calling authority on their intention to bid. In all cases,
bidders must indicate (when requested) on the tender form the
identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have
taken into consideration for their bid submission.
