Title: Janitorial Services, 715 Peel

REQUIREMENT: "To provide Janitorial Services including all
labour, material and equipment for Public Works and government
Services Canada (PWGSC) located at 715 Peel Street, Montreal,
consisting mainly of office space. The services must be
provided in accordance with the "Statement of works" attached at
Annex "A"

The period of the contract is for 2 years from May 1st, 2014 to
April 30, 2016 with a possibility of three (3) years optional.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: It is recommended that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will
be held on:
February 26th, 2014 at 10h00 AM at 715 Peel, Montreal, QC. H3C
4H6.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than 3 days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and
provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders
who do not confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the
person(s) who will attend as required will not be allowed access
to the site. Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance
form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will
not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be
precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes
to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.)
