Nature of Requirements:
To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material
and equipment for Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC), Health Canada Building, located at 1001 St-Laurent
West, Longueuil (Quebec) Canada. The services must be provided
in accordance with all sections and appendices included in the
Specifications of the Request for Proposal. Total area for the
janitorial services is 10,000 square meters.

The period of any resulting Contract shall be for a period of
two (2) years, from September 1st, 2012 to August 31st, 2014,
with three (3) options to extend the contract each for an
additional consecutive twelve (12) month period.

It is MANDATORY that the bidder attend the site visit at the
designated date and time to examine the scope of the work
required and the existing conditions. The mandatory site visit
will be held on July 17, 2012 at 10h00 am, located at Health
Canada Building, 1001 St-Laurent West, Longueuil, Québec,
Canada. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the
specified date and time will not be given an alternative
appointment to view the site and their proposals, therefore,
will be considered as non-responsive.

This project contains SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the mandatory requirements, technical requirements and a
financial analysis.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: 1,000,001$ - 5,000,000$
