Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the
Department of National Defence, Military Armouries of
Cote-des-Neiges, Hillside and Ste.Catherine in Montreal (QC) as
per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is one (1) year with one (1) individual optional
year.

A MANDATORY VISIT will be held on July 26, 2012 at 9:30 am. The
meeting point will be the Cote-des-Neiges Military Armoury
parking lot (4185, Côte-des-Neiges, Montreal, H3H 1X2).

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

Total estimate for the contract is between $500 001 and $1 000
000.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the minimum mandatory requirements, a numerical score for
operational criteria, qualitative and a financial analysis.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.
